At this stage, the main steps of Design Thinking are carried out: immersion (understanding the problem), definition (defining the problem to be solved), ideation (generating solutions for the defined problem) and prototyping (making tangible and testing solution ideas).

With the solution ideas already well defined, prototyped and designed, the requirements are collected and analyzed. The sales team and developers create a document with detailed information about the solution, listing all the features of the system to be created. Even though the client has validated the previous stage (design), their final verdict regarding the features included in this requirements document is also important.

This is the stage in which the first lines of code begin to be written. Since the entire system has already been documented (visually and architecturally), the developers are left to create the product. It is worth highlighting here the use of agile methodologies for the best and fastest creation of the project, such as the Scrum methodology, in which the project is divided into several tasks (sprints) to make smaller, but more efficient, deliveries of the product to the client and to the virtual app stores.

With the delivery and implementation of the finished product to the customer, a period of product maintenance begins, that is, making adjustments to the system, if necessary, for the best user and customer experience.
